Ninja Moves

Age 3-4

Ninja moves is the first taste of your little ones ninja training.

We have designed the lessons to introduce children to the foundations of coordination, range of movement and balance.

The fun begins here! Channelling your child's boundless energy into movement, games, exciting challenges, obstacle courses, teamwork, and balance coordination exercises.

Parents

Parents when invited can jump into the sessions, and join the fun, developing bonds, teamwork and support for their children. It also gives you training ideas to practice with them at home in-between sessions.

Progression Measurement

In our Ninja Moves program, we use a special reward system based on the "Five Animals of Shaolin" story. This system helps children learn important values and skills through the adventures of five best friends.

Each animal represents unique qualities and powers:

  1. Tiger: Symbolises strength and bravery. Rewards for showing courage and helping others.

  2. Leopard: Represents speed and precision. Rewards for quick thinking and accuracy in tasks.

  3. Crane: Embodies grace and wisdom. Rewards for balance, calmness, and wise decisions.

  4. Snake: Stands for flexibility and stealth. Rewards for being adaptable and using creative problem-solving.

  5. Dragon: Represents power and intelligence. Rewards for clever ideas and strong leadership.

Children earn animal stickers each class for their book by demonstrating these qualities during activities and challenges. This system encourages them to develop important skills while having fun and working together, just like the animal friends in the story (which you will find in their book you receive in their first class)

Create lifetime habits

Young children develop lots of their habits by the age of 5. The goal of Ninja moves is to begin their journey of being active, experiencing gentle discipline of a session, and encouraging them to become more confident, social, and introduce them to healthy habits and physical activity, which will hopefully continue through childhood, to teenage years, and into adult life.
